How we treat AI, and your data.
A measurement company runs on trust. Six rules, each one sentence long, each built into the product rather than written beside it.
Six rules, none of them fine print.
Your data is not training data
No model, ours or anyone else's, is trained on what we hold for you, and none of it is ever sold.
We keep only what the product needs
Your results stay for as long as your account does. Everything else expires on a fixed schedule.
Leaving is a button, not a request
Delete a brand or your whole account yourself, from settings, and everything attached goes with it.
Honest numbers
A reading built on too little data says so on the screen. We would rather show a range than a false certainty.
Checks you can trace
Every flag points to the exact claim and the recorded fact it contradicts. Nothing rests on our word.
Your work is isolated
Nothing you enter is shown to another customer, and industry figures come only from totals no one can trace back.
What we send to the AI providers.
Collecting answers means asking questions of ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Grok, and Claude. Three rules govern that traffic.
Questions, not identities
Providers receive the questions being asked, and nothing about you, your account, or your data.
Retention switched off
Wherever a provider offers an opt-out from storage or training, we set it on every request, and our tests check it is on the wire.
Paid tiers where it matters
Where only paid traffic is excluded from model improvement, we pay. Free-tier terms are not good enough to build on.
Questions welcome.
These commitments describe the system as it runs today, not a system we hope to build. If we ever fall short of them, you will hear it from us first. Reach us through any channel on our links page.
